The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile! my room included refreshments and the front desk provided 24-hour service, so getting extra milk for tea was so easy. the location was amazing. I like these boutique-style hotels.

the room was tiny. the bathroom had mildew. a weird plughole that you can see into. the balcony doors did not close properly. they were not double-glazed, so it was noisy.

the room i had was quite small. it was difficult to store luggage and move around freely. the bathroom lacked adequate ventilation. this caused some discomfort and lingering moisture after showering. this needs to be addressed .

the staff seemed friendly enough, and the breakfast buffet was acceptable. i did find the coffee machine quite temperamental though.

i was disappointed to find the promised toiletries weren't fully stocked. i had to request more shampoo. it was a minor inconvenience but still irritating after a long travel day, and the lack of attention to detail seems sloppy.
